Category based discount rule

Hi guys, I'm trying to move away from Magento and all its bloatedness and I am finding AbanteCart Cart refreshingly nice for a change.

I would like to make an automatic shopping cart rule that if:
- there is one more more items of category A
then:
- it automatically applies a percentage discount on any items in category B

Is there an easy way to do this? I've searched on Google and haven't found anything yet.
