i cant get my logo size right

i been trying for a few hours and i can't get my logo to fit in the template just right. By Change is there anyone who could help me figure this out. thanks

ok sorry i thought i could not. its systemnstuff.tk.

P.S i change it to white again but when i made it the same color as the background it would not look right. i will add it back for you to see.
