Change site from one host to another.

Hi, what is the best way to change abantecart from one host to another.

I mean, I want to change my site to a new host server, what is the proccess?

1. do full backup of your database (structure with data)
2. restore this dump on new host
3. move code to new host
4. login into admin side and change store URL on settings page
done.

all your date stores inside public_html directory. Images (resources) are in "resource" folder.
the best way is archive of whole public_html directory and moving it to new host
