Need help to set up external links for manufactures

I am trying to set up links for manufactures on BRANDS SCROLLING LIST.

It is suppose to be easy, but I don't find any features for this.

Each time I click an image of one manufacture, it always shows all products from the manufacture. I don't find any places where I can set up external links. I wish it could go some place else.

I am not sure I understand.  Each brand icon links to list of products by thus brand/manufacture. What is wrong with that?

Are you looking to set up a custom page per each brand? If yes, you need to create page in content section.

If you need to create custom list, you can always do this with building custom HTML block.

I mean the URLs in BRANDS SCROLLING LIST.

I cannot find URLs in BRANDS SCROLLING LIST or Manufacture sections. 
I wish it went to someplace else when I click those little images instead of all the products from certain one manufacture.
I look into BRANDS SCROLLING LIST section and Manufacture section. I cannot find URLs for me to alter.

Can I just set different URLs in either BRANDS SCROLLING LIST section or Manufacture sections?

URLs set automatically.
As I said before, you can use custom HTML block to build scroll and have your own custom URLs.

You can view source of BRANDS SCROLLING LIST copy and past to HTML editor and edit URLs.

I am trying to add new brands in Brand scroll list after going in deisgn block. It is showing below error.

hmm. Do you have more details in the error log?

I just did what you told me. create a new html block which looks like orinigal BRAND SCROLL LIST.
