Layout & Blocks Manager

Is there any way to insert a newly created block to all pages or  remove a block from all pages in a single click from layout & block manager.

Currently this is not possible in the admin but we consider to improve this.

It is possibly to do what you need with layout XML.

Re-positioning of block to all pages in single click is also required.
