Shipping Feature Needed - % of cart total

Hello,

The AbanteCart is great and fulfills almost all of our needs.  However we are a wholesaling company and have a great need for a flat rate ' % ' of the subtotal in the cart.  For instance $1000.00 is in the cart and we would charge 15% therefore their total would be $1000.00 + $150 shipping = $1150.00.  As we use freight constantly this is very standard in our industry.

Would someone be willing to help me out?  It would be much appreciated.

I had previously seen the 'Price Based Shipping Extension" however it looks like the free extension that is already inside AbanteCart that I'm already using.

I apparently did not look at 'Flexy Promotion' hard enough the first time.  I see that it has the feature I'm looking for.
