Auto Approval

I cant seem to find new customer account auto approval in 1.2  can someone point it out.. Thanks!

Look in  System > Settings > Checkout
Field is:  Approve New Customers

I had the first customer, I set the checkout settings as described and I still had to  approve the customer,, please see the screen shot ,, maybe I am not setting it correctly.

It appears that you have the ON selected for the approve new customers.   That means it would require you to take action.   OFF is the position for not needing to approve.
See screen shot when OFF is the selection.

I have one more problem,, using paypal the cart wont switch to comleted unless manually switched,, I have the setting set to completed,, the shop is almost all downloads so the cart wont release the download until its completed.. hope that makes sense,, here is what it says


Payment needs manual verification.
Paypal notification details are:
payment_status: Completed

Downloads need settings adjustment please read this section about the downloads and which settings will give you the results you wish,

this is the part that affects what you are talking about.

Activated: Download will be activates on the event selected.
 Before Order - Download is activate before order is placed and available for download at product page on Storefront.
 Immediately - Download is activate after order is placed, regardless of the order status
 On Order Status - Download is activate after order status reach status selected
 Manually - Download is activate only after administrator manually allow it on order's edit page Front-end (Admin-Sales-Order's edit page-Files Tab)

There is a downside for putting multiple questions in one post. Do not do or support this.

Hello. Try to clear AbanteCart cache and try again. What is your cart version?
