my hosting provider restore and backup last update to fix the error , but still showing this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function output() on a non-object in /hermes/bosweb25a/b409/ipg.chooseandpaycom/index.php on line 101

they send me this message -

 I have restored the copy of files from backup server as on date 30th, January to new folder “newbackup” . Accessing the website at http://*********.com/newbackup/static_pages/index.php loaded with error. However, there was no error generated in CGI error logs. All the PHP variables are updated fine. So, the issue is with your application. I suggest you to either reinstall the application or contact your application vendor for further investigation.

Regarding upgrading the website, I suggest you to backup both website files and database and get back to us with confirmation so that we can upgrade the application from our end.
