How do I get a refund on an extension?

The google product feed extension does not work, and has not been fixed.  I bought it Feb 12th and I have contacted Algozone since it didn't work and they said they were fixing it, but it has not been fixed.  I would like a refund.  How do I get one?

Here is the extension, you should take it down until they fix it. 

I also submitted a review and it has not shown up on the product page.

Well I fixed it myself.  So I guess it is fine.  But their code is wrong.

Probably not compatible with the new upgrade? Just a guess, but I'm finding a lot of extensions are not working with the new 1.2.1 and the 3rd parties making them are NOT upgrading them too quickly.

I've found Algozone's customer support to be lacking as well and I know they are friends with Pavel and the gang here. Perhaps that is why AbanteCart started their own marketplace.

It is one line in the code that I don't think has to do with the upgrade, it is on google's side. 

This extension has a lot of things in it that are unknowns and I am breaking them down slowly. 

But they had 'model' where 'sku' should have been.  When I changed that google started accepting my products.  It will be tomorrow when google does another check against my products, to see if they get fully approved.  But it is one step closer than it was yesterday.

Just and FYI here -  but in checking the marketplace there is an update that was posted  03/03/2015

You might pull it down and see if it has fixed your issues.  Be sure you download the one that is for your abantecart version -  they are showing working thru 1.2 

Your download area should give you access to all versions -  you just need to select the one you need.

Perhaps this will help a bit.

Where do I find this update for google feed 1.0
It is not working for me. errors galore.

login into your marketplace account and go to your downloads - all of the versions for your purchased products should be shown.  Select the one for the VERISON you want and download it.

Then install that verions into your cart.

Note some extensions work best  if you uninstall the older version and then install the newer version.  I have no experience with this particular extension.
