A search on this forum has several post with How-to.

You haven't provided quite enough details for me to really get into the nuts and bolts.  But the post should get you there.

The URL that you might need to change is in the database  -  table is settings,   the key is config url

Your login is encrypted so if you do a fresh install  and a db dump rather than a backup/restore  you will need to reset your password for admin login either with a forgot password,  or change your encryption keys.

We're all volunteers here. This forum is not staffed with paid moderators. Your wait of about 2.5 hours for an answer is really pretty quick, given the circumstances.

As Lee said, it's wise to do a search first, hundreds of topics have been discussed many, many times and moving your site is a relatively common question.

Please be patient, you'll get an answer as quickly as possible when you ask a question. Weekends are particularly slow here.
