strange writing on paypal checkout page from cart
« on: August 23, 2016, 04:15:10 AM »
Hi, i was testing my cart adding items and making a buy action as a client would.
When i arrive at the paypal page for paying i can see at the bottom of the page a writing "sito di prova" (test website)
but i don't know where i can remove that writing!
Can someone help me please?
See attachment.

Thanks.

I think i figured it, it's the sandbox feature of the paypal extension, if i disable the sandbox feature it won't show and brings me to the login page of paypal with the sum to pay, but i don't see the logo, maybe it's seen after i log in.

Anyone knows about this?

Yep, i found the correct answer :

If you still don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one by pressing the Sign Up Now button on the top. After that, you should return to the PayPal extension screen and enter the email address that you signed up with. You can change the settings to suit your needs and even customize your checkout page. You should also make some test transactions and see if everything is how you want it to be by setting the Status of the extension to ON while you are still in Sandbox Mode. And when you are confident that everything is alright, just remove the Sandbox Mode from the dropdown menu and Save. You should see the PayPal Sandbox text disappear from the background and be sure that you can accept payments securely to your PayPal account.
