UPS shipping module wont calculate shipping even if all fields are filled

Hi dear forum users, please help or giveme some tip / trick, im completely newbiie with AbanteCart..
my problem is with UPS shipping module, when user tries to checkout the shipping always appears as $0.00 seems like module wont calculate the rate, i provided with all required fields on the module settings, product has all measures and weight.. what can be the problem?.. thanks and i appreciate any help about it..

Okay, you have an account with UPS, a shipper number.  Check

Is it turned on and have you selected the UPS services you want to offer your customer?  UPS is one of the easiest shipping methods to make work.
