allowing for files to be download

Hi,

I am trying to add more files to be downloaded for 1 product.

At the moment when I add 31 files to be added for 1 product on
checkout test it only shows 2 downloadable files instead of 31

I checked off all of the files that should be associated with that
1 product but still the system only allows a customer to
only download 2 files instead of 31.

How and where can I fix this problem?

I would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

What version of Abantecart do you use?
Check that all 31 downloads have correct status set to them. Check that files do exist.
Anyway you can share what you have set up?  Can you share screenshot?

1.1.7? Why so old version?
I do not even think that 1.1.x is supported it any longer.

I strongly suggest to use 1.2.9.

I downloaded it from your site and upload it to my site.

The site said it is up to date.

Does this mean that I have to start from scratch?

How do I upgrade it without loosing all the settings and info?

Where can I get the new version?

However on top in the admin area it says the follows.

Is this the latest version?

Hi Admin.

I downloaded your new version and tried 10 times to install it and it does not
work.

It does not pass the fist stage of install.

Once I get to the install page and click "I AGREE"and click on continue
I then get a black page and cannot go any further.

I tried to install the new version 10 times and it still does not work.

At least the other version I had no problems to install but this version
will not go any further.

Are there any files missing in the zip file?

I used softaculous to install abantecart software that comes with my hosting. I own a hosting company and that
fixed all problems within a few minutes..

I now loveeeeeeee abantecart and I would highly recommended it to all of my hosting customers.

Abantecart is truly one of the best software on the market.
