Unable to connect to database during installation

hello Friends.

please help.

I'm installing abantecart on godaddy server. During installation, on step 3 of configuration, I put database connection details. I have checked them and re-checked more than 10 times. they are corrects. But I'm seeing the error message "Error: Could not make a database connection to database ihahatech using leo123@localhost" .

Can please anyone try to help me fix this?

Message is indicating that connection to database cannot be established.

This can be few reasons. Database is not running, credential are incorrect or entered incorrectly. You can be connecting to remote host database that does not allow external connection.

You say that you checked 10 times. How did you check? Make sure then you type or copy paste there is no spaces.
