Weight based shipping not work using new product

Hi Abantecart, I need help. I've succeded to use weight-based shipping through checkout using sample product. But if I use my owned new product with all field filled in,  weight based shipping not available on cart (error message: shipping not available in this area) . What should i do?

Check your settings for your shipping locations and location of the user.
