I am not expert of FTP, website programming, etc. and don't have a clue of how to make AbanteCart work.
I have tried to get though the istructions to have an idea, but it's definitely too much for me.
Is the cloud installation a good option to have it at hand? Can I use free cloud storage like Dropbox to install it
(if so, that would be fantastic!), or I am bounded to those 2 AbanteCart is partner with?

Hello.
Login to your hosting panel and see if you have Softaculous or Installeron there. Most of hostings have them so you can install with few clicks https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/4161537/cPanel+Installation
