Change MySQL Database Connections
« on: January 25, 2018, 09:41:03 AM »
Introduction: The product is too good to be FREE yet I will try my best to eanr and return the favor, I also want to be a part of the contributors. Nice Job!

Problem: Anyways, there is no documentation that what if I try to change mysql connections like change mysql-> database, username, password, localhost, and specially the table prefix.

Request: Hopefully, there is an options that to have co-partners. Like, register a seller and approved by admin to be able for that account to post products.

Advice / Lessons: For all those who want your phpMyAdmin to group your table in accordance to the first prefix, never set the table prefix during initial installation. I never expected that the tables are surprisingly group.

Thank you for your replies! Bytes Crafter

hello.

You can change your database credentials inside of public_html/system/config.php file.

Also you can find more information here http://docs.abantecart.com/
