What Extensions do I need to make Abantecart bespoke?

Recommendations please.
I can hard code most of these but I sure there are tools that would make life easier.

- I want to customise so that a 'bespoke fact sheet' page is emailed with the order confirmation and/or invoice.
- I want to customise promotional offers so they show the discount on original price.
- I want to change the Newsletter and call it something else.
- I want to import products on mass.
..................and add lots more customisation.
