Hello I hope someone can help, may be a easy fix ?
Couple days ago via my host provider they have programs to install
I had it install a project manager, it is a auto install and was to install off the root of the public_html folder
Once that installed I then noticed if I clicked on the URL for my AbanteCart store it comes right up saying
Error 404 - Not Found
The document you are looking for may have been removed or re-named. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance.
Being the AbanteCart software is in it's own folder I do not know what the problem is
I checked that folder and all the sub directories show and have files in them
When going to the URL as a example : //domain/AbanteCart/ the error comes right up so main store page is not gotten to
If I go to the URL for the admin page that loads just fine
So question is what default file from the main customer URL go wacked or replaced ?
Also originally AbanteCart was installed by agaon the host provider installer version is 1.1.9
I noticed there is a newer version but when I try and install that to the same folder as older one the installer on host server software section would not allow using the same folder or database name.
So via admin webpage I tried the updater function, which starts but then fails with some error it cannot do some sql ? dump and will not complete the update.
What are the fixes for both issues, I do not want of course to loose the items, config, credit card process, etc ?
