Disable all the countries except Malaysia

Hi all,

I am a newbie for this program.
I only wanted to sell something in my local country (Malaysia).
However, there are so many other countries pre-set in AbanteCart.
Kindly provide me a clear explanation on disable all the other countries.
I believe this can be done by using MySQL (just like OpenCart).

Try to go in admin menu system->localization->countries and delete all what you want.
