upgrade error 1.2.13

Hello.

May be you did not notice but the Yahoo currency data service was discontinued long time ago. In 1.2.13 we replace it with another one, also free service but have limited enquiries per site so if AbanteCart currency updater do not receive new data for some of the currencies you will see that warning.

I Have AUD, EUR, USD and GBP as currencies and it is giving values for two or three at different times. so one or the other has a 0 value. Its always different even when I have only the AUD currency enabled I still get the error. How can I stop this.

Deleted the currencies and re-entered them one by one. Three will work without error but four gives an error with GBP
