403 error

hi guys!!

I need your support to fix 403 error on my website because I can not access my control panel. What to do in this case ?? I searched about this issue and knew that I should deal with .htaccess file, I look to .htaccess but I don't know what shall I do with or how to rest it. thanks for you support in advance

Try to disable (rename) your htaccess file.
Check for latest errors in AbanteCart error log and server's log too

I am trying to access control panel then I get an error with 403. when I go to check the website appearance, the website interface become with 403 error too. help me to resolve it please. I know this is something about file .htaccess but when I try to rename it, nothing positive appears. As also i cannot see the error from logs in control panel as also I see the error.txt file empty at server from FTP FileZilla app. what to do in this case please??

i know how to rename the file, but you said that i should disable (rename) which i thought something new which i should do and i don't how! however the question is my file was htaccess.txt and i renamed it to .htaccess but i didn't got any results. what can i do now ?
