Site not opening pls help

My site not opening after updating my abantecart software

hello my website not opening today i am getting this error

SQL Error: Unknown column 'store_id' in 'where clause'
Error No: 1054
SQL: SELECT * FROM `ab_custom_lists` WHERE custom_block_id = '20' AND store_id = '0' ORDER BY sort_order in /home/shivopti/public_html/core/database/amysqli.php on line 109

how to solve this

Hello.

Looks like you did not update site correctly.
SQL update script not run or fail.
How do you upgrade and from what version?

now this error coming, i upgraded from 1.2.13 to 1.2.14 version

I have also the same problem, but I actually uploaded the backup DB and Abantecart v1.2.13  public_html contains through FileZilla to new domain name, is there any something I missed

If you upload database backup via FileZila this will not update your database.

I uploaded database through Cpanel and website folders of abantecart through FileZilla. Of course after creating folder of public_html on new website's server and making the permission 777.
