Critical Error

when i login to the admin panel i see in the messages a message with this:
subject: Critical   Error
message:Error: Error in data of page with controller: 'pages/product/manufacturer'. Please check for key_value present where key_param was set

why i see this message?

This looks like a problem with layout in one of manufactures. This could be just one time issue. 
What version do you use?
