Fallback Banner
« on: October 05, 2019, 10:08:51 PM »
Hey Everyone!
I'm having an issue with my fallback banner for mobile devices on the website I have created for a client. Simply, it doesn't show. It shows the scrolling banner which is obviously too large for a mobile device. Can anyone help me out here please as I am going slightly batty trying to work out why it doesn't work? Thanking you all in advance.
Kim

The Attached pic is a screenshot from mobile device. The green rectangle is the normal banner for pc viewing. Is this what you were asking for???

hi!

you need to resize the pictures of banners, otherwise you cannot show the banners correctly. my advice to use /flex_slider_banner_block.tpl it is more suitable for PC, Ipad and mobiles.

That worked, in a fashion. But I wanted it to fallback to just a picture, not have the banner displayed on the mobile device.
