Support / ******! No shipping Options are Available message

We had a new customer inform us that they could not check out their order today.  We have never had this problem with any other customers, and the test account I created months ago was still able to complete checkout, no problems. I'm not sure why this new customer is having problems suddenly.  All the shipping is set up correctly and we have all the locations added correctly.  I went into her account and checked her address, she entered it correctly. Some pictures are included, if anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate all the help I can get.  Thanks in advance!

I just created a new account and used my new customers address details, the test account created worked just fine and I was able to check out. Not sure what the problem is then with this new account.

I am still running version 1.2.2 and have not updated.

Support / Language definition XXXXXXXX is missing for

I keep receiving these messages and don't know how to stop them.  I followed the instructions the message gave me correctly, they just keep coming back.  I will show the problem in pictures and how I tried to fix them below.  I just want to be able to fix something like this when it pops up. I have had 4 of these pop up within the last day or so.

If anybody knows, please help.  Thanks as always!

Can I just delete the item too or would that be bad?

We are using the current version, 1.2.2.  I have English turned off and Indo turned on for my language options. I created a new order and then sent the email again and its still all in English. Im stumped on how to get this to work.

I am trying to update things here and change the language to Indonesian.  As you can see in the pictures, there is a Indo value and an English value.  Everytime we send an email to a customer, it keeps arriving in English.  We have also been having problems where we change the wording and then it just changes back to the original text we just changed automatically. I also made both the Indo and English values in Indo lang, but the email still appears in English. I have included pics of everything to see. If anyone knows what I am doing wrong, please help.  Thank you, I do appreciate the help!

Perfect, thank you! I think I deleted up to line 35 last time and it gave me an error message on my website.  Only deleting up to 33 did the trick, thanks!

I cannot find how to remove these 3 (Contact, Sitemap, & Login) links, please see the picture.  These do not show up in the Content Manager.  If anyone knows how to remove them, please let me know.  Thank you for the help!

When someone signs up for a new account, they receive an email.  I want to change the wording of the email they get. I think its in language definitions.  Is there a keyword I can search to pull it up quickly?  I have attached a pic to show the email.  Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I open the same product you linked with Firefox & Chrome browser. Both browsers create the problem for me and the owner on her laptops.

Looking at the item you linked, this is a 3 option item.  Option 1 & 2 pictures both multiply the images, see attached pic.  This is what I see when I zoom over these 2 pics. Option 3 picture zooms properly. There are many items that do not zoom properly.

Did you change something with the pictures in the new version?

I have changed some colors, re sized the website header, adjusted the price box and multi option box sizes......thats all I can think of.  IDK if they count as core template.

Everything was working perfect on the site, then we noticed today that when you zoom over a pic, instead of zooming in like it should there appears multi images of the same pic (please see images below).  Why did this happen? Please help admin, thank you.

Images 1 & 2 show the zoom effect not working properly and what is happening when we mouse over the images.




The 3rd image shows what an image looks like without the mouse over the image, that should be the picture that is getting zoomed. You can compare image 1 to 3 and see what is happening on our website.

That changed the admin message that only I can see.  I am looking to change the text that the customer sees when viewing the website when Maintenance mode is active. Please see the screen shot below.  If anyone can help, please let me know.  I will continue to look for it as well and post if I find it.
