Title: block tab has no data listing and banner block option

Please help my block tab has no data listing and banner block option. What should i do as i need them

More details needed.

Is are banners listed in admin? Do you have all banners setup correctly to be linked to the block?
Do you have block assigned to correct page in layout?

Try to clear cache.
