General Support / fatal error - banner

in the admin panel
when i go to Blocks and
i press on insert new Blocks --> Create Banner Block -- > i select Banner Group Name: and i press on Add/Edit button
it's came a windows with this error:

please help me to fix that
i have the last version 1.1.7

hello
i have check my website storage
i have see that i have a lot of verstion of 1 file with differant sizes
this take a lot of storage, it's there any way to change that so i wil not have same image few times?
this will save space.

Support / seo url in menu and home page

hello,
i want to know this: all my website is now seo urls
but all the menu and home page keep getting none url seo

like my home page it is ending with ?rt=index/home
but i want my home page link will be my website url - ismystore.com
and not all the url with ?rt=index/home

and the menu login same problem it's ending with: ?rt=account/login
i want all menu will be like this :
ismystore.com/login
ismystore.com/Specials
ismystore.com/Account
ismystore.com/Cart
ismystore.com/Checkout

it's can be done?
and how? its very very important to make it work

i have this categories :
Apparel & Accessories -- >
Men's Watches
Women's watches

now if i press on Men's Watches or on Women's watches categorie i don't see it on left panel, why?
i want to see all the tree to this categorie
please help me with that.

General Support / generate SEO Keyword from product name - underscores

hello,
i see that you have put a tool to generate seo urls
now the problem is it's generate the url with underscores (these_are_underscores)
i need this will generate url as hyphens (these-are-hyphens)

there is a way to change this from underscores to hyphens?
this very very impotant for SEO

export product via the admin panel but i don't see 1 category
i have mobiles and tablet also watches, but when i export product --> product_descriptions
i don't see all my items, why is that?

how can i see all my item in my website?

i have deleted all the files on the server and i installed the 1.15 version,
how can i download the items i buy?

i have images names MODEL-1.JPG, MODEL-2.JPG ... UP TO MODEL-3.JPG

is there any way that when i will upload the images they will be order by the name on the file 1-12?

now if i upload 9 images the order is set ok but if i upload more than 10 images the order is not ok.

General Support / error on test payment

when i test paypal payment i get this error:
This transaction cannot be completed...

this is because you need to cancel the order summary detail on test mode

you need to add a code that say if this a test mode - (do not show order summary detail)
else show the order summary detils

please fix it i realy need to test the payment on my website. thanks

first i need to say that you make a very good job on the new vesion.
when i press on checkout i see that i have - confirm order and the the back is not a button - they are in text, can you please make this as button?
this is impotrant so user can see it easy.

subject: Critical Error
message:Error: Error in data of page with controller: 'pages/product/manufacturer'. Please check for key_value present where key_param was set

why i see this message?
