Is there any possibility of this happening ?

1. A Customer adds one or few products to the cart.
2. Heads on to checkout and selects payment methods on the payment gateway
3. And leaves without completing the payment.

Will there be any feature in the next release, that will allow the admin's to set a predefined duration after which an alert email will be sent to such customers, with an alert stating ....

"Dear Customer, there are some items in your cart waiting for your attention at AbanteCart.com"
and the body of the email should contain some latest products list or so on.

I think there should be in the future release, a new extension or feature covering the ability for owners of store to.

Allow integrating the ability to send SMS to their users, from the store based on the activities or on predefined actions.

Possible methods that can be incorporated are, by calling Web based API's or so from providers of SMSC/SMPP access.

or even writing a SMPP class to take care of the need, to communicate using SMPP protocol with the SMS providers.

Or ability to integrate with third party providers, such as "routesms.com" or other providers of SMS features.

The character limit set, while adding a Manufacturer or brand is at minimum 3 characters. (Which means a user will not be able to add brands such as LG )

As of now in the admin section, we are able to only view Sales->Orders (all the orders)

and under Report->Sales just the list of total sales.

Will there be any reports, the accounts department can find handy? such as when you add a product the cost and the price is added, for profit reporting.

Will there be any proper reporting added in the future releases? or more detailed report of sales and orders?

I was wondering, what are the possibility of further providing modules/extensions to AbanteCart Cart.

To use this AbanteCart Cart, to also work as an Online Classified, Such as where (In the place of admin adding products)

on the Primary store itself, an admin should be able to (when they select create new store) have an option to select to use the new store as a classified or whatever the name appropriate to such a function.

Hence the new store, the secondary store, can work as a user powered store (where users can upload their products, for resale, be it used or new products xyz, pqr.) no shipping, just a matter of being able to add their products in this store, get reviews, comments (display price) and let other users contact this products poster.

Just a thought, i know this would be totally out of scope.. But i was just wondering. what the Team at AbanteCart Would think of this.

I have setup one store the default one at "example.com"

I want to run another store, using the feature of having the ability to manage both stores from one admin.

The second store will be at "used.example.com"

I dont see any documentation regarding it, however i am able to create the additional store, on the (interface)

but what is the next step on deploying the new store at the location "used,example.com" ?

Do i need to make a fresh installation, will this installation use the same db as the primary store?

Any advice, is most welcome, thanks in advance guys...
