Hi

I disable the pickup from store extension and just left default flat rate shipping extension enable.

It display no shipping method as attached.

I am using ver 1.1.7 and template is template_ac548.
Please advise.

We do not want to display the weight for "Weight Based Shipping" as attached.

Where can I change the name of "Weight Based Shipping" as "Shipping" as attached?

Thank you for the clarification.

FYI, when I have enable the default_flat_rate_shipping and default_store_pickup, the shipping method did not display flat rate shipping, just display "Pickup" as attached for the screenshot for your reference and need your guidance.

I have disabled (set status as "OFF") for some of the countries under System -> localization -> countries.
However, still can see those countries that I had disabled from the Create account page.
Please guide me how to resolve this.

Enable default_flat_rate_shipping extension and it does not seem to be working.
It does not display the flat shipping rate on the payment page and display incomplete payment type.
How to resolve this?

Enclosed a screenshot for your reference.
Currently the "Singpost" logo is the same level as the store logo.

Is it doable to have "Singpost" logo at the "Weight Based Shipping"?

Another question, I would like to change the description "Pickup From Store". Where can I change it?

I have uploaded an icon for one of the extension -- "weight based shipping" under "Storefront Icon".
However this shipping icon doesn't display at checkout shipping selection.
Please advise.

Note: I am using template_ac548. Will this template cause this issue?

Hi,

Was testing the payment of orders via paypal sandbox. One of the scenarios was of some concern. Not sure if this occurs in a non-sandbox paypal. Can't seem to find a similar post for the solution.

After clicking on "pay now", abantecart will receive the order under the order list. At this point, I am still on the paypal page which indicates that payment made. Without clicking on the "return ..." link at the bottom of the paypal page, I closed the browser. I then reopened another window and visited the website. Performed a login, and the cart items which I already paid, is still there.

Also, after the paypal transaction is completed, is there a way to display the transaction number in the abantecart order?

Any advice is much appreciated. thanks.
