Please clear AbanteCart cache and recheck all shipping related settings:
  • check product have weight/weight class/ required shipping settings is On/ Free shipping settings is OFF
  • recheck your Fedex extension settings and click save

Check the Following:
1. Stripe extension status is ON
2. Total Order Minimum/Maximum is empty
3. Check your shipping methods they all have Accept these payments setting.  Maybe your set PayPal only or any.
4. Check AbanteCart error log for related errors/warnings

Check AbanteCart error log just after you hint save button. Also did you change Order Status in the Orders Grid or on Order Edit page? What is your AbanteCart version?
