Hello everyone
Wow it has been 5 years right
All result in a great great work both the website builder and of course its teams
But unfortunately we still face another crucial issue i.e. avatar
It seems not good if you guys as the core administrators and support teams put a cartoon image on your profile avatar
I think it will be best to put your own face on it
not only that I think it will be much much better to show your own name on your profile
Why I have to post these because you guys as core administrators and support teams will be best if you show as you are so that you will be known by all people here
eCommerce Core and gordontaylor has done the right thing on their avatar but not on their name
Well guys this is my essential feedback
You and or all people seeing this post can share your own thought regarding the above

hmmm - interesting critique. And just why do you think the picture they might post would really be them? I don't understand why you think a pic (rather it is really theirs) or an avatar or a user name has any impact of the quality of the cart and or the responses.
As a native English speaker I did not think denagpam was a real name, but a user name of some type. But that did not impact my concept of your posts on the board - up until today they have seemed to be in the spirit of this community - a great cart, with great free support and always improving and helping each other.
To label this as a crucial issue seems out of bounds. Surely there are more crucial issues to be solved than avatars! or user names.

I am sorry, but I do not see any value in this post. Do you need help or you need to see real name and face? :o
As a reminder this is a free open source community forum, people inspired on what they do. This is not "a corporation" with formal naming and avatar formats. As long as avatars do not harm anyone, there is not real issue here.
I do not even know why I need to explain this :-[

Whether the team use usernames or real names, general avatars or own photos is a personal decision.
Whichever is used by the team on the forum has no impact on the shopping cart itself and should remain the persons own decision.

eCommerce I loved your Sheldon - thought you were suggesting your superior intelligence, which is always a good thing for the software business. Not to worry, we will also tolerate your lack of social interaction just as Leonard does, too. ;D
Old Fossil, in the US (maybe other countries in syndication) we have a wonderful sitcom called "The Big Bang Theory", and Sheldon (the avatar on eCommerce is a prime character there.

Mine is not a cartoon...
But it has no eyes... which makes me and oldfossil a nice couple:
