When I first installed fedex it worked fine. Now it's not showing up in shipping options on checkout. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. No cigar. Any ideas?

Extensions do not disappear on their own.
Please check there are no conditions that prevent shipping to show. Example: Min/Max amount, location region of the customer, general settings.
Always check the log for any possible error or warning.

Did you do any changes in settings, when you notice it is not working?

I do not recall making any changes other than deselecting a couple of shipping methods such as first overnight and priority overnight.
I tried turning off UPS & USPS leaving fedex as the only shipper, and nothing came up on the shipping estimate when I did a fake checkout.
