Title: Problem, no show specials products

Hello, i´m a problem. When the customer are logged, don´t show the specials products from the link. Very thanks

Looks like customer use another customer group. When You set up specials please check what Customer group is assigned for special (http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/31-admin-user-manual/catalog-menu/products#Promotions%20Tab). You can create promotions for few customers groups.
