Title: manual upgrade sql

Hi,
i am trying to upgrade manually but i get this message and i dont know what to do?
Help please!?

Do you use prefix on your tables?

i removed "ac_" before running if you ask about that? i think i had to delete it on 50 places inside sql file

Well. Error suggests that table 'tax_rates' does not exists.

Look in your Mysql database and look for missing table.
I do not know what you are doing and can not see your database. Can not give you hints. sorry.

this error  i get when i try to upgrade to 1.1.8 from admin area

you have 9u9_ prefix on your tables. You need to have this in your upgrade SQL script if you run it manually.

i did what you said and i get following error when importing sql in phpmyadmin
please check picture. i hope you can help me
