Support / Unable to upload media

When trying to upload images/audio/video/pdfs or change the logo I get this error "error Forbidden"
Log file shows
2014-06-18 20:12:59 - Cache directory is not accessible or writable. Caching operation was skipped!
2014-06-18 20:12:59 - warning: AbanteCart core v.1.1.9 Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in <b>/var/www/vhosts/solutionplastics.co.uk/puzzlesnug2000/core/lib/cache.php</b> on line <b>56</b>
Any help would be appreciated.
