Title: Free Delivery or Higher Prices To Include It?

I'm in the process of setting up my GiftWare site and I'm not sure whether it's best to include delivery in your prices so there is no delivery charge or is it best to charge a one off price for delivery say, £2.99 - maybe free delivery over a certain price break like £10 or £15 etc. and keep your prices as low as you can without worrying about posting them at a loss for example?

Thanks for the link, I've read that page but there are no opinions on what is best practice (i.e. brings in the most money) for delivery/postage - to charge or not to charge, that is the question! ;)
