go to hosting provider CPanel and take a look in database inside table users. You'll see youe email. Paste it into password recovery form.

please open file public_html/storefront/view/default/javascript/jquery/thickbox/thickbox.css
go to line 53, css for #TB_window and replace top:10% by bottom:5% and save.
Then go to IE and press CTRL+F5 or refresh button on toolbar and check.

i prefer to use firebug add-on for firefox to investigate css of any html-elements of page.
install this stuff, then open page and do right-click on some box title, choose "inspect this element by firebug".
Then it will show what css rules and files applied.

if you use 1 payment and one shipping methods and shipping method does not contains options (for ex. delivery for 1 day, 1 week etc)
payment process flow will be takes 1 step.
Also you need to check settings of your extension for item "autoselect".
