Title: Move menu bar in Admin Panel to the right side

I'm make improvements in Hebrew language.
But after install the new language in my site, the admin panel, stay in the left side.
Where can i find the area code that styling the admin menus ?

If you set RTL correctly in your language the onlly way to move something is change admin template (CSS and HTML)

The first link is only for translation template.
I'm need the full site template, css files.
Where can I find them ?
