Title: "Back" button of CHECKOUT CONFIRMATION is not working

I am trying the  "guest check out" function and find out that the "Back" button on CHECKOUT CONFIRMATION is not working.
When I click on "back" button and it will still stay on the same "CHECKOUT CONFIRMATION" page, and not going back to the previous "GUEST CHECKOUT - STEP 1" information filling page.

Is it a bug?  Please advise!

buttons "back" and "confirm" depends on payment extension.
What payment method do you use?
