Title: Show shipping fee in column by each item in cart/checkout

I am using the per-item shipping, which works - it looks at the product page and gets the shipping value, and it adds correctly.  I would like to have each item in the list of checkout show both the item cost and the shipping cost, some may be 0, but others may be $1.  is this possible?

yes, it possible. You should to modify your per-item-shipping for that and make it work via additional hooks
