Hello, I am a developer currently I am working on bulk SMS API to send SMS directly from the platforms. I would be great if you guys can suggest me any correction you see here.

AbanteCart has built in IM capability, you can use built in drivers for Twilio for example.

You can develop your own integration and driver if you like.
