Title: Help!! Can't get downloads to work

Hi All,

I hope one of you experts out there are able to help. I'm trying to upload a pdf as a download file but for some reason when I try to add the file to the resources, although it looks like it take the file, when I check or try to add it to the new downloads screen, I'm not getting anything so it's obviously not taking the file. The file is only either 17kb or 30kb (depending on which version) so it's not huge and I've also re-saved it through Adobe just in case the pdf isn't a "true" pdf as the file was originally created in Excel. I've tried following the help video but keep hitting the same problem. Can anyone suggest why the file just refused to upload and what I can do to add it to the resources.

Hello.

When you add a Digital download file to the Product you should see it in the resource library after upload is end. If not usually visible some error or you can check for system errors in AbanteCart error log
