Thank you, llegrand!  Not a perfect solution, but it will do for now!

Basara, I wish they would make a way for this to be removed.  It serves no purpose to the viewing customer to know the price is increasing by that amount.  As a customer I want to see the price, not the markup.

But thanks for the reply!

Thank you, Basara!  I will do that!

I am using Template #578 (Tools).  I have used radio button options to select sizes of a product.  It works.  However, I would like the options to be in a column, not inline.  Inline is very hard to read, and the spacing non-existent between the end of one option and the start of another.

Can you tell me what file (and its location) that needs to be modified to put line breaks after each option?  I have looked in all the TPL files, but I can't seem to find where it's hiding.

Thanks!

UPDATE:

I believe I have found the file in extensions/template578/storefront/view/template578/template/pages/product/product.tpl
However, I still cannot locate where to add in the breaks to start each option on a new line.

Also, can anyone identify the author of this template so I can perhaps go to them directly for support?  All I could do was trace this back to AbanteCart as the author.

Built-in Features / Hide the Price Modifier?
« on: December 15, 2014, 09:07:23 AM »
Hi!

First, let me say how much I love this cart.  It took a little getting used to in terms of finding things and figuring out the logic of where those things are located.  However, now that I have a handle on that, I find it really fun to work with for my products!

One thing, though - I sell items that come in different sizes.  Under Options, I use the Price Modifier to change the price for the different sizes of product (I use the radio button option).  However, the page displays the price modifier total, not the retail cost of the product.  As a result, it looks like the larger sizes of my product are actually cheaper than the base size.

Is there a way to have each size show the actual retail price and not the price modifier numbers?

Thanks!

Configuration / Re: Shipping config questions

I am seeing the " " on the checkout screen for the USPS option, as well.  I have been looking at default_usps.php on line 278 .  I think that's where the syntax is for it, but I am not sure how to fix it.  It seems like it might just be a matter of separators or quotes.

Any idea on this?

I think my biggest problem is that when I click flat rate box, it displays that, even though there's no way the product would fit into the dimensions of that box.  Is this an API issue or a cart issue?

THANK YOU!  That worked perfectly!

I do have one more question - I have items of varying size (from very tiny to the size of a person).  I want to use the USPS API, and I have already gotten it to work.  However, it doesn't matter what size of product I'm putting in the cart.  They all come up with the same shipping rate.

Shouldn't there be some sort of calculation with the API based on the height, width, length, and weight variables I'm adding on the product?

Thanks!

I would like to change "Pickup From Store" in the cart area, but I can't seem to figure out how.

I have gone into the back end and changed it under Localization / Languages, but it won't change on the actual cart.

I want to change this to "Pickup - Local Area Only".

Thanks!

Chase
