Title: Failed upgrade to 1.2.13

Tried twice to upgrade.  Stops, garbles up and inserts too many redirects.  globalpetproduct.com
Help please!

I can't get into back end now.  Seems to have really frozen me.  Help please.  TOO Many re-directs.  Site not working at all.

I hired the THAI guy off Fiverr and he was able to fix it!
