Problem in log in and open, error message:

Please check AbanteCart and webserver error logs for more details. You can check error log in the control panel if it is functional. Otherwise, refer to error log located on your web server

There is an issue with the database connection based on your error log. Please try to reopen your website, if you still unable to open it,you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them check the database connection.
