Title: Status and Comments question.

When I check Status & Comments section it say's customer notified but when I check with the customer they tell me they are not receiving any notices.

Each time I make a change from pending to processing to shipping it shows that the customer was notified.

Not sure how to fix this problem.

Check AbanteCart and servers error log. Looks like email was not send to your customer
