When selecting COD as payment and ordering, message appears, where can I translate this?

Extensions and Add-Ons / Clone Shipping Extension

Hi there, new here.
Is there a simple way to clone "default_weight" shipping extension, I just need another one to rename it and insert different shipping values and that's it.
Also, is there a TNT shipping module available, been looking but haven't found any...
