I managed to find the blocks to modify. I have also made a donation to Abantecart. Really appreciate what you guys build and looking forward for a long term support from Abantecart  :)

I want to make a donation to abantecart. Is there a minimum donation price or we are free to donate up to our free will ?

General Support / How to remove the donate button ?

Hi  ,

I have tried to remove the donate button in the main page footer via Design > Layouts > by setting none (at the bottom right hand side).

I am using html5 template.

By default the selection is "donate", after i change to none and saved. The page donate button gone. I did not do any changes in the configuration but not sure why now the donate button re appears.

I tried doing the same to remove the donate button however it is not reflecting correctly this time. Even in the admin control panel i have select "none" but the donate button still appears in the storefront. Can some advise how to solve this ? this looks like a small bug. Thanks

Hi Abolaha ,

Is this consider a bug ? i can ignore the warning that is in the admin panel but the problem is this error message were also shown in my storefront page which can be seen/accessible by the public.

Is there a way i can remove the error from displaying in the storefront page(public homepage) ? or how can i hide the error from displaying ? Thanks

Hi Guys ,

I am using Abantecart V1.1.9.

What i did was only change main and banner image from Design>Banner Manager , edit the default banner name "fallback" image(as screenshot attached).

After the banner image was changed and saved, i notice there are error warning message display at the bottom of the page.
The error message was as below :

9101::App Warning
Extension banner_manager overrides core template with blocks/banner_block/one_by_one_slider_banner_block.tpl in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/abantecart/core/engine/view.php on line 279

I have check below thread for similar issue but there was no resolution nor proper steps to fix this error. Nevertheless my issue was different from below thread as i did not change the template and were using the default template html5. This error arises when i started to change the banner image.

Hi

The reason why I asked does abantecart support transparent background logo is because I tried to upload an image(transparent background logo) in the back-end and view from the front-end the my logo background is defaulted to white color.

Anyone can advise how can I upload a transparent background store logo ? or is there a method I can have the same background color with my logo image-background ? Thanks

It is super weird, this logo upload issue also got resolve by itself  :-X

Have gone through the documentation guide, I installed Abantecart via cpanel and definitely I have clicked the "save" button after upload the logo. Very strange...maybe got ghost in the script..  ;D

I tried again but the problem seem got resolve by itself today. I can upload photos correctly now. Not sure what happen.

I am using Chrome ver 38.0.2125.101. Below is the screenshot.

Support / Unable to preview uploaded photos

Hi Sir ,

I only had this issue one day ago. I tried to upload photos of a product from the add plus sign button, i browse the photo to upload and when upload is complete there is no preview show in the upload box.

Below is the error screenshot. I notice that there is a small pop up asking whether or not to open .json file ? the photo format is PNG. Is there a way to fix this or is this a known bug ? Thanks

Hi Sir ,

I want to add a store logo several times however after the upload button the logo remain missing or unload.

I am using abantecart ver 1.1.9, template default_html5 and uploaded the logo from settings > appearance > store logo.

Is there a specific size and format to upload the store logo ? Thanks

Hi Abantecart development Team ,

I have voted for Yes for multivendor and marketplace capabilities.

The Multivendor and marketplace capabilities will provide ease of website management to ecommerce website that have multi seller and provide freedom to seller to upload their own items for sale. I believe with this multivendor and marketplace capabilities it will also increasing users adopting Abantecart as their choices for building a complete ecommerce website.

Looking forward so much to see multivendor + marketplace capabilities in Abantecart in near future.
