Title: How to edit or remove banner in default template

Hi, first time user would like to know where to find the banner showing "FREE SHIPPING" "EASY PAYMENT "with some graphics etc which displays on the top under the menu in the default template.  I need to alter or remove some of the text.

Any help appreciated.

please discover admin->design->layouts page. You can find block there
